曾经号称麦当娜的正花（严正花饰）如今嫁为了人妇，高库箍咒但体内那颗渴望舞动的心仍然未曾停止过。
本片几乎没有对白，存仍但巧妙的运用了音效，加上演员肢体动作的表现，有着较为浓厚的早期默片风格。由法国著名喜剧导演雅克·塔蒂自编自导自演的喜剧影片《玩乐时间》，价紧用一种接近单色的色调和70毫米的巨大画卷，价紧将钢筋玻璃世界的冷酷转化成格格不入的超现实影像。

1969年法國漢斯，价紧香檳日報的體育記者庫塔因採訪槓上足協，被調去和女祕書艾曼紐一起籌備年度慈善義演。
在那個老婆參加球隊需要丈夫簽同意書的保守年代，高库箍咒庫塔找來漂亮寶貝珍娜、被暱稱阿嬤的蕾蒙，還有深藏不露的黃金腳艾曼紐年近三十的吕正直在废品站和爷爷清贫度日，存仍整日期盼能够过上灯红酒绿的生活。
而后吕正直对努力生活的单亲妈妈李孝琳产生好感，价紧一同照看李孝琳患有白血病的儿子小宝，二人渐生情愫。为了守护爷爷的废品站，高库箍咒无奈之下，吕正直只好踏上求助之路，带着爷爷的信物和一封信前去寻找爷爷的旧时好友齐大福。
可好景不长，存仍吕正直在享受富豪生活的时候也被卷入进几方恶势力的利益争夺中陈果闯荡北京梦想成为一名功夫演员，价紧刚到北京的陈果不是被骗进传销组织、就是要面对大都市生中活的层层洗礼。
